PSAT/NMSQT
Information from the College Board on the PSAT/NMSQT (Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test). The test is now digital; the PSAT/NMSQT is offered on weekdays during the testing window of October 1–31, as well as Saturday, October 12, and Saturday, October 26. PSAT/NMSQT scores are typically available online 4–6 weeks after the test administration. The test is excellent practice for the SAT because it tests the same skills and knowledge as the SAT, and it provides score reports that you can use to personalize your Khan Academy® SAT practice.
SAT (Scholastic Aptitute Test) - College Board

This page also has links to the Bluebook testing application as well as the approved devices and operating system requirements. There are also details on borrowing a device if one isn't available to you. Links to free SAT practice tests are offered by Khan Academy. NOTE: The SAT no longer includes an essay portion, and the SAT Subject Tests have been discontinued.

TOEFL® (Test of English as a Foreign Language)

Information on the TOEFL® (Test of English as a Foreign Language) test, offered by the Educational Testing Service. The TOEFL is a required test for all international students applying to university in the United States. This site gives information about the test, registration, lists of test centers and dates, tips on preparing for the test. what to know about the test day itself, and viewing and understanding your scores. There is also a link to a free 40-minute sample test.

Khan Academy

Khan Academy offers free test prep for the Digital SAT®. Students can learn and practice their skills at Khan Academy and then take a a full-length practice test on the College Board’s site. The Khan Academy page has a link to a "sneak peek" at the new digital test, along with information on the test format and the best way to prepare.

Kitsap Regional Library has a subscription database that can help students prepare for the ACT, PSAT/NMSQT, SAT, and TOEFL iBT tests.
